Global Expansion Accelerates, WEEX Trading Platform Gains Attention at Token2049 Singapore

In October, Singapore welcomed the world's most influential crypto event — Token2049. As a leading industry platform for discussion, this conference brought together project teams, investment institutions, technical developers, and media representatives from around the world to witness in-depth collisions and exchanges of industry trends.
At this event, WEEX appeared officially as a platinum sponsor, becoming the focus of attention at the booth and roundtable forums.

As one of the key exhibitors at the conference, WEEX's booth attracted users, KOLs, and industry partners from around the world for engaging discussions. Within the exhibition area, team members shared WEEX's global layout and security compliance strategy, further deepening external understanding of the platform's "user-first" concept.
Through interactions with industry partners, WEEX not only showcased confidence in its steady development but also discussed potential future collaborations with multiple institutions, laying a foundation for the platform's subsequent international expansion.

During the conference, WEEX's Co-Founder and Chief Security Officer (CSO) Ethan was invited to attend the roundtable forum "Product, Business Value, and Capital Narrative," where he expressed profound insights.
In his speech, Ethan emphasized:
• Security is the Foundation of Transactions — User asset protection and risk control mechanisms must take top priority, as only then can a platform gain long-term trust;
• Compliance is a Key Safeguard for Long-Termism — In the context of the gradually clarified global regulatory trends, exchanges must continue to invest in compliance to ensure stable development;
• Industry Development Opportunities and Challenges Coexist — Whether it's the advancement of stablecoin regulations or the increasing heat in areas like RWA, it signals further integration between crypto and the real economy, imposing higher requirements on platforms.
Ethan's viewpoints resonated widely with the on-site guests and audience, fully showcasing WEEX's forward-thinking approach to security and compliance.
Notably, this roundtable statement also marked Ethan's first international public appearance as CSO. As the core architect and security lead of the WEEX trading system, Ethan led the WEEX team in restructuring the smart contract system and launching "Contract Pro," making contract transactions more efficient and secure. This upgrade led to a more than 400% increase in platform contract transaction volume in just three months.
